Pan Seared Halibut with Tomatoes and White Beans
There’s so much to love about this recipe – the sautéed onions and garlic in olive oil provide a delicious base of flavors. The vine-ripe tomatoes are gently cooked until they release their juices and mingle with the lemon juice and rosemary. The cannellini beans a perfect sponge for the medley of flavors. The halibut, seared to perfection, becomes the true star of the show, and mops up the delicious flavors of the savory broth. Topped off with a gremolata of garlic, lemon zest, and parsley, this is a perfect recipe to enjoy some delicious wild-caught Gulf of Maine Halibut
