SoPo ships within the United States only. International orders are not available.
All perishable products will ship via next day air delivery.
SoPo offers overnight delivery Tuesday-Friday. Please order by 8 AM for next day overnight delivery. Future delivery dates can be selected at checkout.

We stand by the quality and freshness of our product at SoPo Seafood. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately by either phone (877) 282-7676 or email sales@soposeafood.com for a refund/reship.
The day your order ships you will be sent a tracking number to the email you provided at checkout. We will also be actively monitoring your shipment and will reach out to you directly if necessary.
If you ordered for local delivery, we will text you when your order has arrived.

You can select a custom delivery date at the cart stage of checkout. If possible, you can select to have the order shipped out the same day, or in a months time.
Your order will be packed in an insulated box with frozen gel packs. Our packing process ensures your order will stay at an optimal cold temperature for 48 hours (if necessary).
You can modify or a cancel your order up until the day it ships. If you need to cancel or modify your order please reach out to us as soon as possible by emailing sales@soposeafood.com or calling (877) 282-7676.
