Once UPS picks up your order, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can use this number to track your order all the way to your doorstep. When checking out, you can select a delivery date from Tuesday through Friday.

True Maine Diver Scallops are a thing of beauty. You will have likely seen and heard the term "Diver Scallops" used pretty liberally. The truth is, very very few sea scallops are harvested by divers - (less than 1 percent).
Divers are among the most sought-after and prized scallops in the world and you have the opportunity to enjoy them in the comfort of your home!
What is a Maine Diver Scallop?
A Maine Diver Scallop is a sea scallop harvested by hand by a scuba diver off of the Maine Coast. This is time-intensive, specialized work.
Hand-harvesting is the most environmentally friendly way a scallop can be "caught". The practice causes essentially no impact to the ocean floor.
It is the time and care taken with these diver scallops that makes them so special. When scallops are caught in drag-nets the shock of being pulled up and out of the water can kill them. Diver scallops are much firmer and succulent because they have not gone under the same stress of being dragged up out of the water.
Diver Scallops are sushi-grade quality and have never been frozen. They are also dry-packed (never treated with preservatives). We recommend giving Diver Scallops just a light sear on both sides. 2 few minutes on each side is usually enough.
