Our commitment to quality and freshness means that we meticulously pack and prepare every order on the day of shipping. We ship from our location on Holyoke Wharf in Portland, Maine's historic Working Waterfront (416 Commercial St, Holyoke Wharf, Portland, ME).
Once UPS picks up your order, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can use this number to track your order all the way to your doorstep. When checking out, you can select a delivery date from Tuesday through Friday.

We have curated a box for all the sushi lovers out there! What goes in this box is dependent on the time of year/season. For example, during the summer, we source beautiful Maine Bluefin Tuna along the coast of Maine. This Bluefin allows us to offer both sushi-quality Loin and TORO. In the Fall/Winter, the Maine Sea Urchin Season is running, so we will have fresh UNI then.
You can see below what is available in our sushi box right now! Guaranteed to be an incredible meal/quality.
This Kit feeds approximately 6-10 people.
