Our commitment to quality and freshness means that we meticulously pack and prepare every order on the day of shipping. We ship from our location on Holyoke Wharf in Portland, Maine's historic Working Waterfront (416 Commercial St, Holyoke Wharf, Portland, ME).
Once UPS picks up your order, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can use this number to track your order all the way to your doorstep. When checking out, you can select a delivery date from Tuesday through Friday.

Three of our favorites at SoPo: Maine Lobster, Sea Urchin Roe, and Hackleback Caviar.
Included in the Roe Boat Kit:
- 1 Lb Fresh Maine Lobster Meat (Cooked - Claw & Knuckle)
- 1 - 5.3 oz tray of fresh seasonal Maine Sea Urchin Roe (Uni)
- 2 Oz of Wild American Hackleback Caviar
- 4 New England Style Split Top Buns (Made in Maine)
Our split-top buns are made by local Maine bakery Little Spruce Baking. The lobster is locally sourced from Scarborough, Maine. The Uni is harvested along the Maine coast (primarily by professional scuba divers) and processed by hand in Portland, Maine. The caviar is hackleback - produced from wild-caught fish from the Missouri and Mississippi rivers.
