Our commitment to quality and freshness means that we meticulously pack and prepare every order on the day of shipping. We ship from our location on Holyoke Wharf in Portland, Maine's historic Working Waterfront (416 Commercial St, Holyoke Wharf, Portland, ME).

Once UPS picks up your order, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can use this number to track your order all the way to your doorstep. When checking out, you can select a delivery date from Tuesday through Friday.

Our cold smoked Atlantic Salmon is smoked at boutique smokehouse Dunstan Smokehouse Co. 

Dunstan Smokehouse is located in Scarborough, Maine, just a short distance from our shipping facility. Smokemaster Jim works with a small crew to smoke and create premium quality smoked seafood options, including traditional cold-smoked salmon, hot-smoked salmon, and smoked mussels.

Dunstan only sources the highest quality fresh Atlantic Salmon for their smoked salmon. They either use premium Scottish or Faroe Island farm-raised Atlantic Salmon. 

Our smoked salmon is thinly sliced and presented on a gold board. Available to buy as a 4-ounce vacuum-sealed pack.

Our cold-smoked Atlantic Salmon packs are available to buy online for delivery. We also offer smoked seafood at our seafood market + raw bar in South Portland.
