Gulf of Maine Sashimi Yellowtail Flounder is available as 1.5 pound whole fish. Maintaining the quality of fresh fish starts on the boat when it is first caught. This flounder was caught in the Gulf, immediately bled and then held in an ice slurry. You will not find higher quality flounder anywhere in the US.
