Our sea scallops are "dry-packed", meaning they have never been treated with preservatives. Many scallops on the market are soaked in a phosphate solution to help preserve them longer.

You will not experience this with our dry-packed sea scallops. You can order these in one lb increments, perfect for dinner for two.

We take the time to carefully hand grade our sea scallops. We check for consistent high-quality and for size. These Sea Scallops are a U-15 size.
